Lazy

Listlessly lounging
I sleepily slur
I don't have ideas for today
I lie on my side
The noise around me a blur
As I drift off to sleep in this way

I dream I do nothing
And dumbly dream drivel
I'm lolling the day away
To lazily lie is my earthly heaven
Until the alarm
Wakes me early at seven.

A beautiful poem about spring laziness. In Spain, says: "The morning of April are very good to sleep" Greetings.

My kids have to jump on my head to get me outta bed at 7 am or we are Late Late Late. Mornings are the worst! Lazy is my favorite pastime. :)

That's why I love my IPod Alarm; if I gotta end my sleep, at least it's with the tune of my choice. My talented wife tunes her radio between two stations.

I like how you use the s alliteration and the 'ur' ending to create a feeling of laziness. This is very artistic.
