Wizard Duels

My blogging has really become an "I'll do it when I feel like it" sort of thing. The problem is that I just want to goof off most of the time when I'm not busy. I'm going to try and make it more of a regular occurrence.

Today I am going to talk about wizard duels.

Now it's not exactly The Sword in the Stone type wizard duel, but since that is the funniest wizards duel I thought you all might enjoy it.

Gabriel and Elijah have recently taken to making wands out of pencils and shouting spells of the Harry Potter type at each other. If you know me you know that I love Harry Potter. If you don't like Harry Potter, in my mind, you have no idea what a good book is. Just sayin'. So, I love it when my boys pretend to be Harry Potter characters. Since Gabe is the oldest he is almost always Harry. Eli gets to be a lesser character. Sometimes he is Draco Malfoy and other times he is Ron. Don't ask me why Harry and Ron are dueling each other. Anyway, it's cute and I'm proud to have given them the means to so many hours of pretend time around the house. Besides dueling is better than fighting isn't it?

This isn't a very long blog post, but I'll end with another video.

The correct kind of wizards duel
